TRACK
• Start a new trip manually, and Psngr will record the trip until finish.

REPORTS

VEHICLES

• Psngr bundles standard, tax-deductible mileage rates in 15+ countries, including US (IRS), UK (HMRC), Canada (CRA), Australia (ATO), New-Zealand, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, South-Africa, and Ireland.
• You can add custom reimbursement rates that suit your needs.
• Mileage rates provide rules for expensing trips based on daily, monthly or annual distance threshold. You can, for instance, set one rate for the first 10000 miles logged in a fiscal year, and another rate for each mile over 10000.
• You can create shared mileage rates for a team of drivers or employees.
PSNGR BEACON
• Psngr Beacon is a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) iBeacon USB device that you plug in your vehicle.
• The beacon increases tracking accuracy, enables vehicle detection, and allows you to share a vehicle with other drivers, thus maintaining a single vehicle logbook of all trips made, regardless of the driver.
• Using Psngr Beacon, you can restrict Psngr app to only track you when you drive a specific vehicle.

Battery Use Disclaimer:
Psngr app uses GPS to track your location in the background. We have made extensive tests with all iOS devices to ensure minimal battery drain while Psngr is running. However, keep in mind that continued use of GPS can dramatically decrease battery life.
The app automatically sets itself to record your trips, so turn tracking off as a first step. I only needed 20-25 trips a month, so this app suited me perfectly, and is without a doubt very user friendly, and I wanted to enter them manually. My trips are not in any sort of repeated order or follow any formation. As such my 40 trips were eaten up within 2 days which left me with choosing to pay the subscription fee or find another app. Disappointed in that let that there is no ‘warning’ or ‘advice’ to new users alerting to this, however it is user friendly and a good app.

Our goal is to save you - the business owner or mobile employee - time, and thus money, by automating mileage tracking so that you can focus on your business on not on logging trips and expenses manually. If you do not find any value in automating mileage logging, then using Psngr app to manually log each trip is not much better than logging your trips in an Excel sheet. In fact, logging the trips in Excel would probably be easier as you can simply copy/paste rows of similar / repeating trips.The free version of the app allows you to test the app and ensure it works for you. Slow response to Live Chat
Bad suport service
This app works great when it works but when it doesn’t work there is a frustrating slow response live chat that has people in the Netherlands to help you but it can take up to 9- 12 hrs for a response if you are in Australia as I am . I was told due to the time difference they only have someone attend to the live chat during their daily buisness operating hours ! After a discussion on this with the developers via a different pathway using Email not live Chat , 9-12hrs wait was considered from their end to be a reasonable timeframe to reply to a live chat on issues that effect the app as I am using it on my daily buisness operating hrs ! I have not experienced this with other apps before as apps sold globally are usually prepared for time differences in their help/ live chat sections of their apps ! It is my expectation and experience that an instant chat portion to the app would have an attendant available 24/7 if not then the customer of the app would be made aware during the live Chat when the person on the other end is available ! Only with PSNGR have I experienced if there is no person there you are left wondering how long it is going to take for a reply ! I was given the impression from the developer if I want live chat then I would need to use the live chat in the aligned hrs which would mean contacting them during hours that I would normally be asleep !

Good App but still room for improvement

I downloaded this after months of forgetting to fill out a log book. App itself works well (only glitch is you cannot select a default car it seems to select it at random) however i also need to track actual expenses (ie fuel, tolls, car wash, services etc) to be able to claim the percentage correctly as I go well over the 5,000km limit claimable for km tracking for tax purposes. It would be great if there was the ability to add in expense costs and snap a photo of the receipt so when it comes time to do tax I can just download and send straight off to the accountant for my claim with the confidence that everything was correctly recorded!Please Psngr add in an actual costs feature and you’ll have hoards of people just like me flocking to use the app as I’ve had to go back to the old paper method to track expenses 😕

This a straightforward and useful app, it simply gets the job done. However, I prefer tracking trips manually, so autopilot is off in settings, but it still asks me to allow location access to ‘always’, which I don’t want, and drains my battery anyway. If autopilot is off, ‘always’ location access shouldn’t need to be on, but it doesn’t let me use the app unless I allow it which is really frustrating. Other than that I’m satisfied, and 40 trips per month for the free version is very reasonable.
