It is so wonderful to have this service.
My own GP retired after seeing him for 40 years. I found another great GP but unfortunately he has been off work for months because of personal issues and now only coming back one day a week.
On the odd occasion I saw another GP to find out he’s not taking on anymore patients as he is leaving the practice in a couple of months. So it’s been a real dilemma and I get quite sick.
The last few months I have been sick off and on, so much so, I’m bed ridden. To have this service has been absolutely amazing and I feel blessed. These doctors are Angels and there follow up appointments are brilliant. I’m too sick sometimes to even drive to a doctor’s clinic so this is just excellent and I now feel good and safe that there are doctors on stand by to help you within hours.

This is a terrific service. It is great when you need a medical certificate, but it really doesn't make any sense to waste your time and your doctor's time going in to a GP clinic and clogging up the system and risking picking up bugs while you're there.

I'm sure there will be many GPs and maybe even businesses who will want to push back against services like this, but I have always felt that in many cases it is ridiculous having to have to get a medical certificate. it's often only you, the individual, who knows how you really feel.

Besides, it can be almost impossible to get in to a GP at short notice these days.
