I've received sooo many requests for Interval Timer on Apple Watch, so I got myself the series 9 and went to work.
I can't wait to show it to you, it took some time to get it ready for prime time, but the day is finally here !

All your presets sync between your Apple Watch and iPhone, you can edit them on your iPhone for convenience and it will sync to Apple Watch automatically.
+ STANDALONE
No worries, if you don't want to bring your iPhone along, the Watch App has all the features so you can make changes on the fly directly on the Watch.

Almost absolutely perfect
The app does everything it says it would for free and is perfect, I don’t mind the minor ads here and there either (they only pop up as little squares or when you first open the app not as videos). Only feature I wish you would add is that the app works with the new Dynamic Islands of IPhone 14pros to iPhone 15 and above. All I would like it to do is show the time in the Dynamic Island and maybe be the colour of what it is (I.e rest, start or stop). That way you would still be able to view the time even when outside the app. Other than that it is a great app and I highly recommend it.
Perfect
This is exactly what I was looking for. No frills. Everything I need and nothing else. It runs in the background so I can monitor my HR zone on my phone screen. I wish my Garmin sports watch had this essential functionality.
Answer to my frustration
I’ve been using another timer that you need a degree in Astro physics to understand and navigate, this is so easy to use and see!
