This app has gotten even worse since the major update they did. Every family at our centre has problems to the point that the centre has had to start emailing us as well as notifying us through the because the app’s notification settings are weird (you get updated when someone “likes” something but not when a new news item is posted!). It’s also super buggy - I have to refresh, or open and close, multiple times just to get my update to load when I open to check my kid’s day. On the other hand, the educators find it easy to use, which is more important. And is also where the app developers bring in the money, because the centres are the ones paying for it, so I’m not surprised they’ve forgotten about end user experience.

Can only turn notifications on or off. I’d like to opt out of receiving a notification each time a policy is uploaded by the childcare centre (100+ times) but get a notification for messages and when my child is tagged in a photo.

I’ve been using this app a long time and still don’t understand the interface. Poorly thought out, as others have said.

Terrible app for anyone who actually wants to read about their child’s day at daycare. The app has never been great but the latest ‘update’ is just shocking. Using it for 4 children makes it borderline unbearable to use as it’s that painful trying to go through it. Not to mention at this point, almost all the features can’t even be used. On top of that for about 3 months now I don’t get notifications from the app regarding any updates on the kids day or messages from their educators, despite notifications being turned on and nothing preventing it on my end. In comparison to some of the other apps out their for use in daycare centres, this has got to be one of the worst ones.
