Out of the many credit/store cards I have used over the years latitude is by far the best one. Which other card would give you 0% interest for 6months for purchases above $250 and 0% for 55days for under $250. Their app is awesome also, gives you heaps of hints of saving on interest repayments. This is fantastic when you think about it. Your standard bank wouldn’t do that! Well done guys!!! And no I don’t work for em I am just happy with em, that’s all...
Opinion of the Company and App
If I were Dr. Edward de Bono I would have added a 7th hat, “the application process”. My consultant was abrasive and not at all friendly, they didn’t let me speak, despite being at work I was expected to call my bank and sit in a cue for over 2 hours, everything had a deadline, I received multiple calls in the space of a few minutes after an hour had passed and I hadn’t signed my contract (I’m still at work trying to do work), I wasn’t given the opportunity to ask questions about the information that doesn’t exist during the exchange, they failed to explain anything to me in detail - I haven’t received my welcome pack, I don’t know my account number, and they didn’t mention how to use the app to check my details. I would go as far to say it felt like a ploy to get my details, but obviously this isn’t the case. If I could go back in time I would.

Now correct me if I am wrong but I thought the whole point of this app is to keep track of your account and be able to pay it? Firstly I used to use the Go MasterCard app and I could pay my bill using my debit card this one you cannot. I have just tried to pay my account and it tells me Bank Transfer will be available again in 5 days? What’s that all about also there is no notification that I have actually paid today! so I am not sure if I actually paid! I will have to go and check my bank account now. Why are you not fixing these issue and why are you making it difficult to pay? Bring back the old app it was so much better! Oh and buy the way the 5 days I am waiting to be able to use the bank transfer is past the due date of my monthly payment! Is this so you can charge me????
