So expensive but so addictive!!

Just started playing this game and I can easily say it’s addicting. The main problem is the gems. You get 1000 to start which at first you think “holy cow that’ll last a while!” Except it doesn’t. Certain positive responses to a characters message cost upwards of 150 gems and if you wanna unlock a picture the characters send again it starts at like 180 and goes up. When you wanna top up your gems with real money it’s quite expensive to do so as well. I guess it would be fine if you were talking to one person. I just think unless you spend real money (a lot) you’re gonna miss out on some content. To be fair they do give you 15 gems every 5 hours and you can get a few gems by watching videos but it would take quite a while to accumulate enough gems. The story for the characters I’ve spoken to is very compelling and I’m enjoying it. I also like the messaging and ‘dates’ style. I just wish you wouldn’t need so many gems to unlock stuff.

Addictive but needs work

This is an overall amazing game!!! However in saying this the gems are what bring the entire game down… not everyone can afford to fork out hundreds just to play the game and the amount of gems you earn by leveling up your chats is ridiculous compared to the expense of some of the options in the game like unlocking the pictures as well as options that can alter the game. If the gems for levelling up were increased just a bit more and maybe the photos instead of being between 120 gems to 300 gems per photo I think they should stay at between 120 to 150 gems max so that it’s easier to obtain and keeps players interested rather then being unaffordable. You get daily gems where you can choose between a set amount of 30 gems or watch an ad to get 40 gems which is a really awesome feature as week as the watching random adds throughout gameplay to get 6 gems at a time obviously this one doesn’t go far but it is a great touch. If this was increased to 10 gems or even 15 gems it would make the game a lot better. I think the conversation aspect is great but again I believe the cost of gems should be the same range for this as the photos are to make it more affordable and keep players wanting to play the game without making them fork out hundreds or giving up if they can’t do that.

Ideas for improvement

Hi I absolutely love the game, the story lines really get me hooked and I’m always eagerly waiting for someone to come back online. However I do have some suggestions for improvement, for starters the gems that it gives you every 5 hours are no where near enough to be able to unlock anything. Like it will take ages to unlock things because of the scarce amount it gives you. If it gave you 50 or 100 every 5 hours that would be better, as it would be more reasonable to save up to unlock things. Also as well it would still allow people to consider buying gems so you developers can still make a profit. My second and last idea for improvement is to make the characters come back more frequently. Sometimes I’ll be waiting 5 hours for them to go back online. I understand that this might be tricky as you are still developing storylines for the characters. And people might possibly complain that they are running out of dialogue to read too quickly. But anyway these are just some points I’d like to mention. Overall great game, keep up the great work!!!! 👍
