App is okay
While the app is a good idea, with order ahead and rewards, it could be better. It would be good to be able to make it easier to see when stores are open through the find us section. Be able to see all information that a member puts through (e.g. birthdays - I am unsure if I put in my birthday to get rewards etc). It would also be great to be able to see the menu without going through order now section.
Payment doesn’t go through
Try to use Apple Pay for a pickup order, but it keeps saying payment failed.
No receipts available
App is easy to navigate and use. However once the order has been placed you can’t go back and see a receipt for the order. This is frustrating when the store accidentally makes the order wrong and you have nothing to show what you ordered.
