Not able to log in/ register

Not able to log in to app, neither register from app, using existing OSHC membership number, always show can’t find the match number. The cover is active and i can access online.

Crashes everytime I open it

“I am using iPhone12 pro max with latest software upgrade and downloaded this app 3 dyas back. Unfortunately whenever I open it, it crashes everytime within a second . Don’t know what’s wrong with it!!”

I sent the above text to the mentioned email and they didn’t say anything about why the app is getting crashed, rather talked about how to login online and in app!!!

Hard to log in

My membership number didn’t work on the initial log in screen, wouldn’t take the letter T at end of my log in so i had to copy and paste my member number in. Putting my birth date in was the hardest thing i’ve ever had to do on a phone. I saw a comment on this a year ago so the fact that this still hasn’t been fixed is ….embarrassing
