If it’s not broken it doesn’t need to be fixed.

Why’d you randomly change our information to a new app without warning? You should have sent a letter out explaining this so we could all jump onto the new app informed instead of logging into the my app then being told it no longer exists. What if I wanted to change provider because you’re shifting my information around to new apps without my awareness. If that’s what you were trying to stop, people changing because they don’t like the change you’re implementing - face the truth then. Face your fears. Everyone hates the new app it sounds terrible. The old app wouldn’t even send a notification letting you know its bill time. C’mon simply energy, you’re a professional power supplier. How many years has this been in business for now and you can’t even get it right. You can’t even tell your customers when their bills are due. Why would I waste time looking at an app that doesn’t tell me much. Seriously simply energy, you’re in the big game league yet you’re not thinking big.

Very disappointed

Go back to the simply energy app and simply change the name why change app completely when it ain’t broke

This is a update on the update I installed last night no surprise app is slow and useless compared to previous app before name change there is no improvement from where I am sitting, unfortunately got no choice but to use this app. Another glitch this morning (Sunday) logged in and just goes in circles I am presuming maintenance is happening, every other app I have tells you this is happening and won’t let you log in

The app is not working

From last two week, I tried to register my account with the ENGIE Australia but I am unable to register my account. I contact the customer service more than four times and I contact online chat with customer service more than six time everybody unable to resolve my problem. I think it is disgusting. How can I check my account usage and Solar feed and tariff I think it was my big mistake to connect my electricity and gas with Engine Australia
