The MyHousing app allows you to access and manage your housing information on the go from your smart phone.
Registering for the app will provide access to key features personalised to your circumstances:
- View account balances such as rent, water and Rentstart bond loan
- Make payments to accounts
- Update contact details including emergency contacts
- View tenancy and household details including rent and income information
- Complete a Rent Subsidy Application
- Request maintenance repairs
- Track the progress of your application and submit support information

Not fully compatible with blind/visually impaired accessibility
The main home screen needs updating to allow for voice over compatibility for the blind and visually impaired. The icons which indicate accounts and payments/my applications/lodge a repair request i’m not individually accessible for those with vision impairment using voice over

Great work on this app. The look and feel of the UI is beautifully simple, easy and intuitive. The buttons linking to other pages renders perfectly. Keep up the great work. Definitely a must have app for all user types.
