The app is still very basicPlease look at notification option example would be on time sensitive starts could there be a auto notification sent to managers email or mobile or even on the app so at glance we know staff have clocked on see how many staff have reported in for there duties Locations also need more there no way for staff to access extra details about location the job or a brief description of site contact phone number also what is expected of them when they arrive so we cant call it by job name or # but put in the address so employees can at least know were there going. This could also be a area for staff to leave bullet points for following staff of there progress or lack of due to unforeseen circumstances Still on notification for locations maybe when a staff logs on to start they receive an automated push notification from the manager could have job details and instructions preloaded with the most recent developments on site, is in a meeting staff can proceed with worksAnd finally notification to and from staff who also have shift in the same location in the past or future Communication is key and i feel I'm still calling to check everything is in placeJust saying

Integration between the app and MYOB software is great, but administration could be made much better. It not only just about the employee. As an approving manager, why can I not see the entire pay period and all the leave applied for employees at one glance. Why do I have to select each week and then search leave for each employee. I pay fortnightly, so I can only imagine how hard a pay run would be for someone paying monthly. Payroll does not have to be this difficult.

I cannot explain how much I hate this app. The closest estimate would be with a fire of a thousand suns. I usually wouldn’t care that because I get paid due to how much I log on this app extremely frustrating. Fix it FFS!Update: this app was recently updated and it’s somehow even worse logging out at least twice a week. Despite this company causing me much mental anguish over the last 20 years after being forced to use it because my employees do. I thought this app might be a bit more straightforward than easy to use. But no. It logged you out almost every day. He can’t even track time in actual time it freezes. That you are terrible I can’t make adjustment my God. Someone saved this company from their archaic practices.

The app has deleted all the hours I’ve submitted to my timesheet on a multiple occasions. Luckily my boss as alerted me to this, but it’s very difficult to resubmit these because the app doesn’t keep a record of previous rosters. Additionally, my hours have also sporadically disappeared from upcoming rosters. Sometimes a whole weeks worth, and other times just a day or two. Also, the scrolling mechanism to submit dates and times on the time sheet is very tedious, and it’s easy to make a mistake. Overall, this app has created much more work for me and I hope my employers reconsider using this app.
