Description
WorkZone allows you to access your employee and employee management portal on the go, from any location. Not only is WorkZone a tool for viewing workplace documents such as pay slips and company policies, employees can also perform activities such as submitting leave requests, timesheets and expenses. While managers can perform activities like approving leave requests, timesheets and expenses! All this and more, right from your iPhone!
Key features include:
- Document Management: view and download pay slips. View and acknowledge company documents.
- Leave Management: view leave balances and leave history, submit leave requests to your manager for approval.
- Timesheet Management: view timesheet history, create and submit timesheets, clock in and out with photo capture and location tracking.
- Expense Management: view expense claim history, submit expenses to your manager for approval, photo capture receipts to attach to claims.
- Roster Management: view upcoming shifts, accept, decline and/or swap shifts with other employees. Bid on open shifts on a first in, best dressed basis. Notify your manager of any adhoc or recurring unavailability so that the roster is updated accordingly.
- Push Notifications: Receive a notification when a timesheet, leave request or expense claim is approved, pay slip is available, new shift assigned, a company document is available and requires acknowledgement or a shift has not been actioned within the cutoff time.
- Tell your employer how you feel with the confidential satisfaction survey.
- Employee Management: employee managers can approve or decline leave requests, timesheets and expenses. View roster shifts.

Love this app. Especially the Add standard hours feature, so easy to do my timesheet using that only thing I need to select is the type of work everything else is filled out for me. Does the app learn over time what hours I do so it knows what my standard hours are?? We have new team members that don’t have access to the feature so just wondering if it happens with time, they’ve been working with us for six months now.

Please fix
Good app, two complaints.
1. Every time you enter a time sheet on a day that’s at least a week prior to present, the week will auto-refresh to be at the present. This is frustrating as it may cause you to enter the wrong times for a given day if you are trying to enter older info.
2. The scroll wheel time entry on apple is frustrating and there exists another function in native apps where the digits can be pressed, turning them blue and causing a number pad to appear. However, this app doesn’t allow the number pad to appear, forcing you to use the scroll wheel that is harder and more time consuming.
Has everything we need
Awesome app. Can access all my payslips, payment summaries on the run, download them if you need to provide them when applying for a mortgage or other loans. Love the new expense claim feature too-can just take a photo of a receipt whilst creating the claim, no need to keep copies of paper receipts once that’s done.
