The word “dabble” was created just for people like me, those with limited retirement funds and a straightforward way of playing the market with some help from a trusted guide. Aged 86 means little when one Is able to keep up with financial changes, commodity shifts, alternative financial options, energy opportunities, and the traditional thrill of being able to catch the odd gold stock rallies and possibilities. I have learnt a lot about the market since being a trader through Nabtrade. It just suits my limited requirements so perfectly. Thanks NAB.

So the app seems to run fine on iPhone, depending on what model you have. Clearly this project began long before the variable screen sizes appeared. Anyway….. Enough functionality for when not in front of computer, I don’t think this app was ever meant to replace trading from the website, I get that and actually think that’s a good idea. However…. You guys n gals at NAB have terribly either A) dropped the ball or B) misread your clients. No iPad app?? Really? Like a lot of people my iPad is used for about 90% of everything I do online, despite also having a Mac within 15 metres of me most days. The amount of extra functionality that could be included in a dedicated iPad app absolutely would, if executed correctly, make it possible and probably preferable to use over the website. Obviously some of the more technical charting tools and analysis will always require website access via computer. But I’m really really surprised that NAB STILL don’t have a dedicated iPad app. Cmon guys it’s not like all of this is new stuff. It’s almost 2022. I’ve banked and held accounts with you for over 35 years and I like NAB. But clearly something has gone wrong in ITC over a long period. How is it possible that a company, a bank the size of NAB have not seen nor anticipated the needs of their clients in regards to dedicated apps with device specific functionality? iPads and other tablets have been available for what… 15 years? Please, please get the iPad app finished AND don’t just release it and forget it. Thanks, from a long term client.

The app is ok but it would be nice if I can organise the tabs (i.e. I wanna bring the Watchlist and Open Order outside and drag other tabs into the Menu instead). Also the ASX Announcement seems to be lagging sometimes and not real-time announcement (i.e. on my other trading app they already notified me when there’s an announcement for a stock in my watchlist but nabtrade only shows an announcement 1 day later). And there’s no indications (i.e. star or color differences) when there’s an announcement for a particular share. Most of the time I have to view the stock to find out if there’a any announcement or not. Hope these can be improved asap then I’ll be more than happy to ise nabtrade in the future.

Good to see nab at last updated their app. But it is very frustrating to see, it ignored customers who is an expat and living outside Australia and do not have an Australian mobile number to register their device (to receive device registering passcode). In any modern efficient app would have option to do it through registered email address or through using secret question and answer beside a mobile number. I do not understand how it was ignored or does NAB think there is no Australian who lives overseas for work or other reason?
