Ughhhhh

So the first time I ordered it was aokay but every time I order since then there’s this message that pops up which states “Sorry! We don’t accept payments from your card type. Please try again with another card.” Even though the card I used was a Visa card I let it slide thinking I was the issue. So I got a MasterCard and tried it with that. Came up with the same message. Then I used another Visa card. Came up with the same message. So then I tried the website which still came up with the same message. I deleted the app and tried again. Still the same message. And I’ve done all this multiple times on different days too. So basically what I’m saying is this has been quite annoying and makes me just want to order smth else from a different restaurant. I hope you are able to fix this soon.

Good in theory not in practice

Saw an ad online for peri perks. Thought it was an excellent idea. Downloaded it. Is absolute garbage to use. Set out like a social media page(reminds me of Snapchat) Hard to find vouchers and only one when writing this(the only reason I downloaded the app), asked to enter member number to do basic things even though I am actually logged into the app itself already (and member number is hard to find) It keeps setting my location to WA for some reason (am in tassie) generally just a fail of an app. Seems designed just to steal your personal info to sell to Cambridge analytica and not actually provide you with any value whatsoever. Please check the KFC app out for a comparison and to see how an actual business works. Might as well just be a form with all your personal info that you just email to them. If I’m going to give you my personal details to sell, you gotta give me something in return.

Not yet ready to be used.

I opened the app in store ready to scan only to find I need to log in, didn’t want to waste everyone’s time so I took the receipt to enter later. I entered the receipts details and it wouldn’t submit. The barcode isn’t on the opening screen you have to go searching for it it’s the third option for some reason, it should be the opening screen where it’s easiest for functionality and speed. But on the opening screen is a non-functioning transaction history and rewards store so that’s helpful. This shouldn’t have released it’s not ready to be used.
