AMAZING app but there are a few issues.....

I love the concept of the app and have been using it for the past few days but there are many annoying things. tl;dr at bottom

You basically need to sign in every time you use the app. Instead, there should be an (optional) niggle password which could stop kid’s parents from seeing it if the kids don’t want them too. This should be separate from the account.

This morning when I went to check-in, it wouldn’t let me resize my issues- it would just automatically skip to ‘add a new issue’. This makes half the app’s purpose unusable.

It would be great if there was a separate interface for the iPad and a computer app.

Finally the name- it sounds like a racial slur. Maybe change it to something like ‘Tiggle’. (I personally like the -iggle part of the name)

On the other hand, the UI looks great (most of the time) and the quizzes are good (although the answers you can give are quite limiting sometimes making the response untrue)

tl;dr Niggle is a great app concept, but has numerous issues which can make it nearly unusable.

Awesome but..

First off i want to say i love the app it is great for coping with negative thoughts and emotions but when you select the problems you want to fix it only limits to 3 which i don't think is the best because a lot of people need help with more than 3 things as Wellers selecting the emotions because arm a lot of kids tend to have a lot of different emotions so I would think that it would be better to have around up to 8 but it is really good at boosting kids up and helping there mental health. another problem I have is that when you go to close the app when you reopen it, it makes you sign back and in this can be not the most fun thing. Also for the quizzes some of them are a bit inaccurate and they kind of give you some misinformation. I think having a kid telephone app is amazing so that kids in tough situations are able to access good health care and mental health care free and not be afraid to reach out. This is so good and it's helped with so many kids and overall it's just a great app one last thing is I hope in the future that you guys add something for ADHD and anxiety and things like that because a lot of kids tend to struggle with these things but these things but they don't really seem to help and it would be really awesome if they could add a feature like this because it would help so many young children out there. Bye!

It’s really helping me a bit

We hap a thing at school so I went to the website and saw this so I donlded it I did it and I never realised how mentally unstable I am but I’ve made schedules reMinders and so on I have gotten a request do do a quize cuz of how unstable it looked I only got the score (26) on all idk if this is bad but I’ll try to call to talk about my mental state (I just want the account to save and so you can actually log in) and to be able to post ) no other complaints it’s a grate app to cope I’d Recommend it to anyone unless thay had a fear of using phones no I’m not joking this is called tells phone phobia so ya I’m 10 and I love it (yes my mental state has been not so good for 3 years I’ve never told anyone at all I have a terrible habit of being secretive in a bad way)
