Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this app. I felt pressured to make a payment, even though no clear agreement had been made. To my surprise, parts of my private conversation were screenshot and used as “evidence,” which raised serious concerns for me about how user privacy is handled. Even after I tried to deactivate my account, I kept receiving unwanted emails and SMS messages. In my opinion, this kind of business practice lacks transparency and respect for users. Please be cautious if you’re thinking about using this app.

I signed up yesterday, completed the training which took hours, paid for and completed police check, updated my profile. All of today the app hasn’t loading anything, only a blank screen and the website shows as ‘can’t be reached’. I hope this is fixed otherwise money has gone down the drain!! 😭
