Impossible to use
Cant update pet profile on iphone. When I go to the website to update, the changes don’t translate across to the app. This has led to pet sitters getting incorrect information about my pet. Super frustrating. Also, the price listed in the search results is not what the sitters are actually charging. You don’t find this out until you go to request a booking. Sorry, but the competitor app is much better.
App Hardly Works - Constant glitches
Constant app glitches each time I use app on iPhone.
At the moment:
• messages within app do not load
• notifications of new jobs in area don’t always lead to the actual job the notification is for
•when editing fee for services, fee doesn’t update AT ALL!
Developers need to use the app as a pet carer and and a pet owner and carry out a service (as a carer and as a pet owner) to get full range of the problems this app has. I feel like user testing not carried out or updates cause other things to glitch. Not even sure my feedback (re the app) within the app is received as even THAT function glitches.
Awful
Not user friendly in the slightest, the website is super slow, won't save my completed course and the app won't allow you to make/save any changes
