The dashboard gives you a real-time summary as jobs are reported and inspections fall due. Track every job from the time it is reported through to approval, supplier assignment and completion.
Communicate with a single click
All of your rental and sale properties are available in the app alongside complete owner and tenant contact details so you can make a call, send an sms or compose an email with just a tap. All communication is stored within the platform and inbound sms receives replies straight to the app so you never need to search your phone or screenshot and save messages again.
Go completely digital with Paperless Inspections
Preparing paperless inspection reports couldn’t be easier. The app preselects the areas for each property, which you can customise and then records your comments (using dictation if you wish) along with any number of photos for each area. Nominate a rent review amount, specify any follow-up actions and recommendations for the owner and then tap to sign and publish the report right from the device. All data is synchronised automatically to PropertyMe in the cloud, so if you’d prefer to edit the report on a computer before publishing it, it will be ready and waiting for you either back at the office or anywhere you like to work.

Need one for tenant
I think there needs to be a property me for tenants to use. My property manager just informed me that all things to do with the properties they rent out will now be done via property me. As a tenant I think an app for us would be fantastic!

Only half way there
As a property manager, if your clients can’t use this app and the online portal is clunky, why bother with this app at all.
The concept might be good on face value, but there needs to be similar support for the end user or this app is pointless.
Update: in the developer response you’ve outlined a “web app” is available for clients. Given the clients (the actual property owners) are the ones who pay the fees to the real estate agent, does this mean the actual paying customer is left without a mobile phone app? It appears anyone with an iPhone, which excludes cookies, is unable to access anything on propertyme. At present I am insisting my real estate agents email me everything as propertyme serves no purpose in its current format. I certainly don’t have time to muck around with a laptop or “web app” when urgent property maintenance requests come through.

This app was created for your Property Manager to manage their properties, contacts, jobs, inspections and messages. Pity it’s Not For Tenants Too
I was advised by my Real Estate Agency to submit all Maintenance Requests through PropertyMe. Their website isn’t great on a mobile phone so I was thrilled to see that they had an App I could use instead. Nope, it’s just for Property Managers, not Tenants. Silly really. I’d be happy to pay $1.99 for an App that worked, and let others use the we site for free if they want. Hopefully they make one soon. Or make a Lite version that’s free and have a full featured version that we pay for once we see how much the App adds to making things effortless. 🤷🏻♀️🤔🤞

Hi Aussie Razorgirl. Our PropertyMe Manager app is only for property managers but we are working on a new app for tenants. And it will be free too. In the meantime, our tenant access website should be working on your mobile device but, if it isn't, please contact our support team via email to support@propertyme.com so that they can look into this for you.
