Good start to track billing and basic usage data. Thanks! Controlled Load usage seems to be included in the total usage which is misleading and limits the usefulness of the data. But there’s plenty that could be added to make it much more useful, such as the ability to select a date/time range for the usage, compare usage over different periods (winter vs summer for example, overlaying the two plots). A decent plot of usage versus time (with scales that can be changed) would be nice. Nice to have would be the ability to compare different pricing offers with the actual usage data.

Overall the app is great, I would like to be able to see my plan rates included in the app outside of the most recent bill, as well as available plans, plan switching options. Red do not rename their plans, so knowing what plan name I’m on means nothing without the rates attached to that plan.

My other concern is that my projected charges are significantly higher than my previous bill, however my daily usage is lower than previous bills and I have only just switched to a lower cost plan. I’m hoping this is an app glitch rather than a billing error, but time will tell

For some reason my previous review has now disappeared which had a developer response? But anyway, initially I had a concern that solar credit totals only appeared in the half-hourly view, but since my first bill was issued they now appear in the Daily correctly so must just be a system thing and I’ve added an extra star to the rating now :) It would still be nice to display usage in the correct timezone when it isn’t AEST locally, but apart from that this app has everything you need except maybe the ability to review and switch plans.

In relation to daylight saving. We wanted to keep the app inline with the billing. However, There is room for improvement and this is something that we can look into.

With the the app itself and the solar credits you should be able to see credits for billing cycle, daily and monthly etc.
