The Roll’d fam
- Fixed and issue where the forward/back arrows could be used to switch delivery dates even when pre-orders were disabled
- Display estimated delivery time range on order confirmations emails
- Fixed an issue where Delivery Instructions were not printed out on receipts/bills
- Fixed push notifications for order statuses
Ratings and Reviews
The app itself is convenient but it would be good to be able to add comments and to be able to update my contact information myself - I’ve emailed customer support to update my information and this appears to not have been done even though they said it’s been updated. Unable to use loyalty points for purchases either.
Payment issue and processing order issue
1st time and 2nd time of my order: payment was ok, but it took too long for the kitchen to receive my order, pretty disheartening and wasted my time waiting. I just thought it should be something easy for customers who needs to rush. But it isn’t.
Today, my card has enough money to pay my order but it just failed twice. Definitely not card details issue, as I have used them before today. Most ridiculous part is it wasn’t an instant reject, it took like good 5 mins to get back. Waiter came to ask whether it’s been rejected but it wasn’t at the point he asked.
So, this app really needs a pretty fast fix and update to keep users happy?
In store training required
App itself was great to by pass the busy lunch rush, skip the wait and have my order waiting.
Unfortunately only half of the order was fulfilled requiring a return trip to the store to sort it out. Not sure if this was a fault of the app feeding through to the store or an oversight by in store staff.
Would be good to have the ability to add a comment to the order regarding collection (eg order/payment made by me but collected by hubby)
Oh and I am still waiting for my 50% discount for trialling the app.
Otherwise overall a great app.
