It’s not working. Can’t verify. No text sent to my phone number

Hi, I recently signed up and wanted to use the offer but it’s asking me to verify and I did try to verify but no text was sent to my phone number. And then my gf also tried to sign up but couldn’t verify the phone number, same problem, no text given to complete the verification. Please fix itThanks

This app used to be very good but recently it was ‘updated’ to change the look and feel but unfortunately it’s not as slick & easy to navigate as before.Also, the pay by multiple methods is not working. I can’t use my Schnitz points/credits and Apple Pay for one order. Since my credits aren’t enough to cover the full cost of my order, I can’t use them. On the previous version, it worked perfectly. Please fix this!

I only wanted the app since my order is a bit complicated and staff have trouble when you ask to remove things. But the app demanded my phone number. I’m not giving them that, any time I’ve given my number to an app I get spam calls soon after. Gave a fake number, but app won’t work without verifying via text. Went elsewhere instead. You don’t need my phone number.

The Schnitz app is a waste of time. It never seems to work when I actually want to use it. Whether it’s trying to place an order or access offers, the app is unreliable and frustrating. An app should be dependable, especially during busy meal times, but this one lets customers down. It really needs significant improvements to performance and reliability.

The Schnitz app is a waste of time. It never seems to work when I actually want to use it. Whether it’s trying to place an order or access offers, the app is unreliable and frustrating. An app should be dependable, especially during busy meal times, but this one lets customers down. It really needs significant improvements to performance and reliability.

We have provided more flexibility to our customers that make delivery orders who have special delivery drop off locations and addresses. Hopefully this gives you more confidence your food will arrive at the right place. Our menu sometimes took awhile to load. We’ve made some patches to improve our performance when retrieving menu information on first open. We have squashed a handful of bugs around your login, sign up and verification experiences. Thank you for your continued support.
