Excellent App
App is extremely good and easy to use
buggy, slow and unresponsive
This Samsung Shop is basically just a wrapper for the Samsung Online Store. It’s very slow and unresponsive.
The discounts may or may not apply to you depending on their “super smart” backend; and when you reach to the payment page, they just simply displayed an error message for whatever payment method you chose. When contacting them for support, they will tell you to”clear cookies” and “tried again in a few hours”, or blaming your card issuers… But when you called you bank, they would tell you that there was no attempts to charge your card at all from Samsung.
Basically just a waste of time. It is a misleading scam if it continues like this…
Can’t see s24 to buy in ios app
I want to purchase Samsung s24 in the shop app on iphone to get 5% discount, however i cannot see the samsungs24 as well as no option to buy any phone in the app. I signed in & out many times but no luck. Even searched in the app but no luck. Please help.
