Description
The South Coast Radiology Patient App is used by patients to securely access images of scans performed at a South Coast Radiology practice and to also request appointments.
After your appointment, you will receive an SMS text message asking you to activate your account. Tap on the link in the SMS and follow the account activation process. Once activated, you can securely access all of your images through the iVue App. Please Note: Your images will reach your account 7 days after your appointment. You do not need to register your device or set up your pin again if you have another study performed at South Coast Radiology.
The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment.
If you need assistance with the South Coast Radiology iVue Patient App, please email ivuesupport@scr.com.au with a description of the problem.
Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always discuss your results with your doctor.

Ratings and Reviews
No scans
Had my scan over a week ago and they still aren’t uploaded. I noticed on other reviews they write back and say it takes 7 days for the scans to be uploaded. Except A. That’s clearly incorrect B. I had scans from another scanning company in australia who got them to me within a few days so what’s wrong with these guys?
Developer Response ,
Hi There, a 7 day delay is imposed on most scans but not all. For further information please email us at ivuesupport@scr.com.au so we can review your account.
Data Mining Junk. Don’t waste your time!
You get an SMS asking you if you want to see your scans - yes! What it doesn’t tell you is you have to wait minimum SEVEN DAYS. (By which time you have likely seen the doctor or whoever) This app is just data mining peoples information. Delete it asap! This app should be banned by Apple.
Developer responded saying “delay is set by the clinic” - then why don’t you say that BEFORE the signup process? It would be easy and stop people from wasting their time?
…but yeah, we both know WHY you hide it until you have our email, date of birth, contact phone number etc.
Developer Response ,
Hi There, the 7 day delay is set by the clinic and is shared upon booking an appointment as well as listed on the SCR website. The application is simply a way to view your results, the assertion of data mining is incorrect. If you have further questions please email us at ivuesupport@scr.com.au to help clarify your concerns around our commitment to patient privacy.
Pretty Haphazard App
This app crashes and crashes. Have not been able to retrieve anything. It even crashes when I try to log in.
Pity as it sounds a most useful app. Hope they can fix it!
Developer Response ,
Hi There, can you please pop us an email at ivuesupport@scr.com.au so we can assist you with one?
