How SG Bike works:
• Launch the app and locate the nearest bicycle
• Scan the QR code on the bicycle and wait for the lock to unlock
• Check the bicycle before taking a fun and healthy ride to your destination
• Once you have arrived at your destination, lock up the bicycle, tap end trip, and scan the yellow QR parking area at the designated area to complete your ride

Scam and Confusing
Very low instructions and charges extra money when the bike was parked outside the green zone, when in fact it was in the green zone and in a designated parking spot next to other bikes. Very tricky to get around the app and do not recommend to anyone! I hope they resolve this problem as it has charged us an additional $40 for no reason, the bike may have glitches on the location but it was in the green zone and this needs to be fixed! Fix your app and don’t use this app!
It is scam- pls avoid this
Be charged 10 times compared to their declared rates. Terrible experience. One time it should charge us $5 but it charged us $46. Don’t download or use it. It’s a scam.
It’s a scam doesn’t work
Terrible. Charge 10 and no bikes can be unlocked. Terrible. Avoid.
