Version 8.31.0

NEW: You can now display your profile picture in chat conversations. To enable it, go to Settings > Message Preference and check on “Use admin profile picture” under Avatar. Once activated, your admin profile picture will be visible in storefront chat, adding a personal touch to your interactions.

It’s great!

I highly recommend this app! It’s a really great way for customers to reach out while they’re on the website , you can download the shopify inbox app as well and it keeps all the queries in one place. You can close queries and view them later if needed.

Great but needs improvement

Great system and will be good when it’s fine tuned a little more. Seems to work well although it is extremely frustrating to get notifications of when someone visits back to the store and doesn’t actually message or need any help.
It’s great to see a users history of visits but we don’t need to be notified every second someone returns. Otherwise I’m sorting through outstanding unread message notifications to find there is actually no messages to reply to, just tonnes of alerts of customers leaving and returning to the store. Makes no sense why we need alerts for this.

A Read Button

This is a great app however I never know if the person has received my response so a read sign or tick to show they have would be very helpful.
Also the option for them to go back and add to the message at a later date would also help. I have people message a few times the same question as I think it must drop out. And if they send a message and I respond later they have already lost the connection and never receive my response.
Otherwise has been great!
