iPhone XS conflict

Looks like a great upgrade to connect but on iPhone xs you can't select the options in the top left and right of screen as they appear in the notch area.

Looks good

Multiple issues leaving functions unable to be used. A lot of promising new updates will fix the problems but never do, have had major issues for over 6 months, can’t refresh list of jobs on service app without deleting and re downloading, notes don’t submit unless we delete and re download every day, can’t upload more than one photo at a time and even then crashes somehow. Only response they have had for 6 months is “is your software up to date” and “delete and re install the app”. Had a case open for 6 months and all we get back from them now is an automated email saying they are looking into it

Great improvements!

Lots of great improvements compared to Connect. Loving the site history & asset history feature, in built barcode scanning, more flexible job searching and the job details showing on the customer signing page. The only thing I would like to see added is push notifications, otherwise massive benefits!
