We have been using Tradify for around 4 years in our electronic security business, communication between field and office staff made simple by fully customizable job status tags, quotes to invoices to service reports and critical job data (images etc) made a breeze.
Only negative ( and it’s a small one ), would be great to have more of a CRM capability for financials and sales tracking.

Missing pictures upload
I lover the app, makes my life easier. I’d really like a couple of things to be added.
First the chance to upload pictures to the jobs so I don’t need to send them separately to my collaborators.
Second a connections with the supplier so the prices of the products I am installing are always up to date (especially now that they are increasing pretty much monthly).
Other than that I love the app, once these two feature are implemented you are getting my five stars!
It’s a lovely application
We use Tradify to schedule our sparkles and it doesn’t bug out and is easy for everyone to use. No training required for field staff, just show them once what they need to look at. Actually same for office it’s just too easy.
