If you have more than one sleep cycle in a 24 hr period it lumps it altogether as one long sleep cycle. (Even if the machine is off and there are hours in between - common for insomnia) Sure it’s great to see a total for the 24hrs but that doesn’t help me monitor if I am having longer sleep cycles. Having multiple sleep cycles in a 24 hr period shown as one distorts the data and makes it pretty useless. After all, one 9hr sleep cycle is way better than 4 cycles of 1 to 3 hrs.

Hi, I’ve recently purchased the SleepStyle after extensive research and testing of other models. The device itself is very good. I read the reviews of the app, happy to live with the minimal data SA. I cannot believe that after so much time and commentary that the Bluetooth connection issue has not been resolved. To have to connect, disconnect, reconnect, turn everything on and off, delete and reinstall - over and over - to retrieve the data is ludicrous. In this day and age of automatic connection it makes no sense - every other Bt device in our lives works flawlessly. It’s a shame that the experience of using such a sophisticated and well designed and manufactured machine is scarred by this seemingly simple problem. As this review is for the app one star! What a shame.

It’s a basic app. Works okay if you want to just see how long you slept, AHI events, and mask leaks. Even the ‘More detail’ is just basic info. Would be nice to see the data shared with the Apple Health app since it is a central point for all health data logs.Could probably put the basic info from the app in a widget for iOS16 and later rather than opening the app.As others have said also, would be good to see data on the times the AHI events occur as it could help to further isolate if there is a pattern of something occurring that could be addressed by the person making some small changes to how they sleep ie change in temperature, sleep position etc.

Bluetooth can take several attempts to connect but works properly once synced. Sleep data is very basic and gives little insight into quality of sleep. Given the expense of purchasing the machine, the app seems like an afterthought. It would provide more motivation to pursue using the cpap if the data could show times of night when apneas occur and show actual asleep time/REM cycles and steady gains in improved sleep. A common issue with the use of cpap is consumers willingness to pursue its use as it can take some time to reap the benefits of continual use. The health professionals can see this level of data, so why not the consumer? It is my information after all? Happy to share that information for research and development, but I should have the right to know what that information is.
