Snap Send Solve simplifies the reporting of community issues in Australia and New Zealand.

Snap Send Solve eliminates the complexity of knowing where and how to report incidents on the spot by enabling users to capture and send photos of issues that need attention.

Snap Send Solve allows users to report incidents to Local Councils in Australia and New Zealand as well as abandoned trolleys (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart), Telstra pits and a growing number of water and power authorities.

Snap Send Solve lets you quickly and easily report on issues such as:
- Parking
- Pavement issues
- Abandoned shopping trolleys
- Damaged roads
- Potholes
- Graffiti
- Litter
- Broken playground equipment
- Street Cleaning
- Animals
- Noise
- Telstra pits and telecommunications equipment

Snap Send Solve provides the platform that enables authorities and their customers to identify and resolve local issues, for the benefit of communities everywhere.

Here's what some of Snap Send Solve's 500,000+ regular users have to say:

"5 email and phone complaints over 6 weeks - no response. I snapped and sent - solved: dumped rubbish was gone in 24 hours."

"I used the app for the first time this week and got a response from my council within 24 hours with the issue resolved. It was very quick and easy to use too. Thanks for a fantastic idea and a very useful app :)"

Need to add Dan Murphy

Great app because it’s so easy to use. I use it a few days a week. Too bad some of the trolleys I’ve reported from Woolworths don’t seem to be acted upon. At one tram stop I reported 1 trolley 5 weeks ago. There are 6 trolleys there now. Seems one gets added each week. I spotted 17 Woolworths trollies around my block today. Let’s see how long it takes for them to be collected. Councils must make their collection by the relevant supermarket a priority with fines if they go for more than a week. Seriously. How can the supermarkets not get them collected - even after 5 weeks of reporting?

The app needs to add Dan Murphy trollies as well.

Developer Response ,

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We have now added the ability to report a Dan Murphy trolley to the app.

My go to app for local stuff that needs to be done by Council

Love this app! So easy to notify Council about stuff that needs doing in our local area. I always get a response within a week. Before that I tended to just think ‘well hopefully someone sees that needs doing’, which is pretty silly on my part but now this app makes that whole being a ‘responsible citizen’ much easier and accessible without being too much of a whinger either. Just a straight forward process of letting the Council know about something that needs fixing and it’s easy - snap, send and solved👍👍👍

Great App

I used this App to report a Bus Stop pole that was dangerously bent and looking like it was about to fall on people waiting for their buses. Used the App to take pics and automatically send a message to the correct Local Council, and days later it was fixed. The developers need to get this App more publicity somehow. Maybe the Morning Shows, Local Newspapers and Secondary Schools. It's too great an Aussie App to die hidden away on the App Store....and it's free. This is one of those Apps that helps make society better and fixes the things that go wrong with it. A must have.
