Ratings and Reviews
Graph scaling is not automatically resized
When looking at the solar output the graph scaling is not optimised depending on the output. It show try and scale to make the solar graph as large as possible. Not scaling the y-axis to 25kwh when my output is around 10kwh? So it makes it difficult to see it properly. Also no zoom function on the graph. Please fix?
App throwing errors on every page
The app itself has been user friendly and easy to connect, although lately when we try use the app, each page or screen comes up with an error.
In app message centre also comes up with an error
You can’t report issues through App Store so hoping this review will help sort it out
Seems Ok
Setup the app before setting up the ‘cloud’ component. Could see why the poor reviews as experienced the same ‘nothing in the app’.
The missing link is there’s no advice on docs that ‘cloud’ connection needs to be set up first with logger connection made to WIFI -Internet. Once done the iOS app shows the data.
