This app is extremely faulty with the last update. With NO option to contact Squadi to discuss this, stating to contact local organisation. Well guess what they are volunteers, why should the problems be left for local sport volunteers to sort out? One would think a contact would be available for people who download this. I cant see my kids weekend sports games in any other way than this app that wipes my details, logs me out and now won’t allow me to log in. I sure hope our local sporting associations did not pay for this. Bring on competition I say! Faulty app

Algorithm (well that’s what I’m assuming??) to sort out games for U6 teams has given ridiculous results. In my child’s U/6 group of teams, there are 3 teams from the same club, meaning these 3 teams have to do very little travel throughout the season. Extremely unfair to the teams from the other clubs in this group… especially with the high cost of membership fees and fuel atm. It would be nice if three quarters of my child’s games were at our home ground each week too and only a 5 min drive to get there each Sat morning. We have also been given no games against any of the U/6 teams from the next club closest (in distance) to our home ground, which from a common sense approach is hard to understand. I also took two of my children to games early in the season where there was no other team in attendance due to the complete stuff ups from admin or the app (who would even know?) which not only cost me time travelling and getting kids organised to go, but disappointment for my children and over 100km in wasted fuel and mileage on my car.
Hopefully the PAID admin of Football Qld and it’s clubs take this onboard.

6 weeks into the season and still waiting for them to get it right. The app is hard to read. If your team isn’t in the top 5, you can’t see what stats you are looking at. When you touch the screen to scroll, the whole page jumps about, so reading stats is impossible. One of the teams in our comp was omitted from the ladder for the first 4 weeks. One of the games in the first week was a 2-2 draw, but both teams received 3 points for a win, and it still isn’t fixed!!! The app directs you to contact their “partners” with any issue, but Football Queensland has ignored my enquiry for three weeks, so who is going to take responsibility? Who is going to fix the jumping around when you touch the screen and unreadable stats? The omission of teams? The inaccurate and uncorrected game entries? And please, please, put points back behind goals for and against, where they belong.
