Useless

Thanks to all the Telstra account managers who gave this app 5 stars - I appreciate the laugh. In reality, this app only provides a fraction of the functionality required to make it useful. The web portal is a better way to go. The app does not provide visibility of Customer Support requests or billing. For me, the dashboard does not load correctly and displays a permanent error message. About what you would expect from a Telstra online tool.
