The Card Network 4+

This is ridiculous, I was hoping to have all my cards in one neat place but no. I go into the app and put my number in and it just sits there swirling on and on and never loads no matter how long you wait. So I gave up and logged out which you can still access the side bar. And put my number in again and it just won’t load all it says is “View Card Information” and just two loading wheels. I recommend you fix this or let us use Apple Pay with our gift cards!

The company seems to make it really difficult for customers to use all the balance on the card as basic features as below are missing. - Can not hide/delete/archive fully used-up cards. - Can not organise the sequence of the card or sort it based on card type and available balance. - Does not show the last 4 digits of the card on the front screen which makes it difficult to check balance on the card in the apple pay wallet. - Card images have been updated with generic image saying green card which makes it difficult to understand what card type is it?

However, the implementation is useless when I want to un-hide a card. How on earth can I identify a card with customer reference number? For the God sake these cards are like credit cards, u better show the last 4 digits instead.

It’s very convenience to check the balance and use it in conjunction with the Apple Wallet, but the used cards are always there which became an eyesore. As you can see, so many people who use this app have been asking for the same thing, the Delete Card function! Therefore, please add the function to delete old used cards, it’s a function which very easy to add, I will give higher star rate if you can actually prove this function. Thank you 🤝
