Ok, needs improvement

No easy way to get back to home screen once ticket purchased.
Unable to automatically use credit cards saved to the iOS device when entering payment details.
On the plus side it worked better than browsing their actual website from the phone which kept the option to complete the ticket purchase greyed out means I was unable to continue.

Wheelchair User Bookings

I wouldn’t mind the app so much if I was able to use it properly!

In this day and age it’s about time that wheelchair users like myself were able to book tickets online and via apps like everyone else, instead of having to ring especially allocated phone booking lines all the time and having to pay extra booking fees! It’s very tiresome!

Ticketek is not the only ticketing company who does offer wheelchair users the ability to book online, and it’s about time that changed!

I would very much like to see this feature permanently integrated into your app and online services as soon as possible!

Worst possible

App hopeless to use. Only got one of two tickets delivered. Tried for a week to call but only got message saying extremely busy call later, then only time I did get through after dialling 34 times in one day, I waited 40 minutes to be cut off. Must be v only one person in the call centre. Now 48 hours from the concert, I have to run around after them to sort it out. Can’t even email them and get a response in time Not to mention my phones been playing up ever since I downloaded the app, just pathetic.
