Not up to date with what’s on tv
I find this app a bit useless when it comes to being current with things that are playing on tv. For example, law and order SVU only ever has one or two episodes available and they aren’t even the current ones being played on tv, I thought that the point of the app was to watch the episodes on demand. Instead I’m having to tune into the tv to watch when I can.
I missed some episodes of stuff due to shift work and it’s not even on the app. Does that mean I now have to wait for someone to put it up for watching on the app?! Im better off finding alternate sources.
I initially thought this would be a great app for a shift worker who misses prime time tv often, but often I’m left disappointed with current episodes not even available and barely any episodes at all.
I could care less about the incessant ads if the content was there to begin with.
Over this app
When it works. It’s great but that only be once a week. It crashes BIG time. Don’t bother trying to watch a full season of any show as you may only get two episodes before it goes down. Now something new it is causing, if freezes your phone and the only way to get your phone back is to turn it totally off and even then it doesn’t help the app from freezing. The designers should be very very ashamed of themselves or perhaps channel 9 should stop using school kids to design their apps and pay a professional to fix all the issues.
Update, quiet day today at work so I thought I would see how many times it would take for the app to work. 52 TIMES. Network Nine, you should be ashamed. Oh and this is ‘after’ they fixed the bugs. A insecticide can will take care of those ‘bugs’, why not work out what the real bugs are doing in this app.
Third update, have just pulled all my advertising from Network Nine. This app is just ridiculous and not even working which is a shame for nine as this is my target audience, people who use the Nine Now app. I have been testing it for 2 weeks. 90% fail / 10% working and this is across 20 people using different mediums.

Good but needs less ADDS
Overall this app is really quite good, I enjoy watching all me favourite shows. But there is one thing I think that needs improvement and I know it might be hard to fix, but the amount of adds in each episode is a little exaggerated. There needs to be lease adds. I would totally understand if there was one add between each little “scene” but instead there are between 3-5 adds per add break. And it is just annoying me. It would be preferred if the was one add at the start and 3 add “sections” within one episode. However it is super easy to use and you can find seasons and episode very easily. I would recommend to my friends. I do watch the app on my apple ipad and have had a good experience! Although some of the TV series have an expiry date, it is quite hard to finish I series without it expiring. However the app is very good and I would continue using it for as long as I can. Just plz work on this add situation it is making it just to annoying! Apart from that I LOVE THIS APP 💖💘
