Here's what's new:
• Track your spending
Know where your money is going with the ‘How I Spend’ feature. You can now track your spend for the month across different categories.
• Set a savings goal
Maximise your savings by setting a goal in your savings account. Create a plan to get what you want, from a new car to a dream holiday!
• Manage your PayID¹
Link your mobile number or email address to your PayID – it’s much easier than remembering a BSB and account number.
• Manage your cards
Whether you’ve lost, stolen or damaged your card, you can lock and unlock your card. You can also use the app to order a new one right away!
• Sharing payment receipts
Putting your receipts into the app can save you time in the future when you need proof of purchase or make a claim at tax time.
• Send secure messages
Don’t spend your precious time waiting on hold – contact us securely using the app.
• Update your details
Need to update your personal details? Do it securely in the app.

Ratings and Reviews
iPad app
Overall enhancements look nice and the app is much easier to read even without my glasses, but there are some glaring issues. The order of pages when you log in seems out of place (Logout is the first screen you see), main account is two touches away from login or two swipes and the swipe sideways tabs aren’t clear. Also one of my main issues is the iPad app does not rotate with the iPad, many users use iPad in landscape mode and the app will not flip orientation (so useless when you use a iPad Pro with keyboard). Tools are useful, but still much easier to navigate on a webpage.
Things I would like to see changed on the new app.
I’ll start by saying that accessibility seems to have improved in the couple of weeks since I downloaded the new app. There is room for improvement though.
I don’t want the first screen I see after I log in to be a log out screen, which also tells me when I last logged in. I just logged in, obviously I don’t wish to log straight out. Also, I don’t care to see front and centre when I last logged in. Put that info somewhere else. Please take me directly to my accounts page when I log in.
I also hate how transfers automatically default to ‘standard payment’ taking 3 days. Please allow an option to allow default to Osko.
You also need to reinstate an easy to find link to your website - link just to the general website, not a specific area of it.
New update excellent
The new update is excellent, the app can now be used for more than just viewing accounts and doing transfers - I would ignore the earlier reviews as the new update has really completely changed the app and it's much more user friendly ! Easier than having to go to the website and do everything through there and it's set out better than the website so it's actually easier to manage everything so I highly recommend ! Silly you have to be connected to wifi and not able to access it on 3G however !!
