Performs as expected and is easy to use, but it does crash each time I perform a transfer between my accounts.
I also dislike that the ‘transfer’ and ‘pay anyone’ options are so visibly tiny.
TMB if you’re reading please fix the crash. Also would you please please please provide the ability for me to see S1, S2, S3, etc account numbers which are different to my primary account number ?!
Accessibility has gotten worse, not better
This app now has appalling accessibility. It is contravening the Disability Discrimination Act, 1992 as well as equivalent legislation in every state and territory in Australia! 😡TM BANK, yes you have customers who are legally blind and use screen readers, and yes they are independent adults who have the right to access their money via the app on a like basis to every other customer. Please fix this as a priority so I can use your services without discrimination! Even when the act applies I try to avoid the big scary D word, but I have reported the issues over and over, only changes are regressive so here is the reality check! This app is discriminating against people with vision impairment and you must remedy the issue as per your obligations. It’s not a good will gesture, it’s the law. I can’t even access the keyboard anymore, so you have even managed to remove inherent accessibility on Apple products! 👏 that is some serious amateur hour accident style skill most amateurs don’t even manage to accidentally turn off! So disgusted TM bank.
New update excellent
The new update is excellent, the app can now be used for more than just viewing accounts and doing transfers - I would ignore the earlier reviews as the new update has really completely changed the app and it's much more user friendly ! Easier than having to go to the website and do everything through there and it's set out better than the website so it's actually easier to manage everything so I highly recommend ! Silly you have to be connected to wifi and not able to access it on 3G however !!
