really easy to use
But i give only 3 star ⭐️ for now since you guys didn’t fix the problem in the app functionality which is bugs and error when you try to redeem points in the app, please fix this problem 🙏🏻it goes blank and white and it doesn’t come up with anything even you try to wait untill the redeem page show up, it will never work doesn’t matter how long you wait, i don’t know why but please fix this and make it convenient as much as possible for user especially person like me who using your apps to send and transfer money frequently.. i hope this problem fixed soon so we don’t need to go to the website just to redeem the points it just take times to login in and stuff.. please please please fix this
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service - Bug in App
I’ve been using the Western Union app for over a year now with no issues, and it has worked smoothly every time. I was a pretty happy customer. Just yesterday, I tried a money transfer but ran into an error telling me I had not filled out all fields in the online form. I checked that I had filled out all fields five times but kept getting this error. Eventually I called tech support. After explaining my issue to the guy on the other end and telling him I had checked all fields many times, he had the nerve to tell me that the error meant that I had not filled out all the fields in the form, and that I should check again. I tried my best to help him understand that I had filled out all fields on the form, but he just kept repeating the same thing, as if I was stupid and didn’t understand. Eventually he told me to try restarting my phone or reinstalling the app, but neither of these solutions worked. I eventually went on the website, logged in and filled in the forms like before, and this worked fine. I feel that the tech support guy should have reported a potential bug to the relevant team in the company, and asked me to try using the website (it wasn’t that hard to correctly deal with my issue). Anyways, I’m still going to be using WU, but not the app until the error is fixed. Cheers!
User-Friendly App for Money Transfer
I have been using this for some time now. I've found it user-friendly and convenient to use especially through my credit card.
My only concern is that the POLI doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried several times. Each time, after choosing the bank, I get a blank screen and the App hangs. I don't get the PIN number for the transaction to proceed. This means the money is not received by WU and it stays in progress until I ring and cancell it. Staff attending my call are very helpful and the cancellation process is straight-forward.
