Create an online profile by completing the registration form. Set up your login details.
We’ll need to confirm your ID details before you send your first money transfer. Keep your driver’s license or passport with you to complete details so we can verify your profile.

User-Friendly App for Money Transfer
I have been using this for some time now. I've found it user-friendly and convenient to use especially through my credit card.
My only concern is that the POLI doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried several times. Each time, after choosing the bank, I get a blank screen and the App hangs. I don't get the PIN number for the transaction to proceed. This means the money is not received by WU and it stays in progress until I ring and cancell it. Staff attending my call are very helpful and the cancellation process is straight-forward.
Very slow and always hanging
Although, I always use the app to send money to my family in the philippines as it’s easy and quick through my phone, yet I have to bare with the system of how slow it is and most of the time whenever I swipe other windows to check some details, it would freezes the screen that I need to restart my phone and redo the transactions which is so inconvenient.
Moreover, the app has some payment option which is ‘in the store’ aside from the credit card and POLi, which most of the time has also lower rates compared to the other two. However, every time I used such option, it won’t let me finished my transaction and would just freeze the screen and hanged, and when I called Their customer service, there was no transaction was being made or completed. This has been on for several or countless of times which made me think that it was just there to catch and tricked more customers/user although it’s not feasible.
Not user friendly
The method of entering date of birth for a first-time user (as I was) is pathetic. At first it presented me with the present month calendar, March; I arrowed back to February, entered my birthday, and found that the record showed I was born in February 2021. I pressed reset. Tried again: there seemed no
way of altering year. So I kept arrowing back through months and years until a different method presented itself: select month and year. It eventually got my birth details. When attempting to use Poli I was horrified to learn I had to enter my bank password, with actual characters (not just a dot) appearing. So I switched, more expensively, to card. Unable to enter card number by pasting. I photoed my Visa card (AmEx not available); no record of whether successful. Was I supposed to QR it? So I entered card info manually. It’s be now over an hour s since I started the transfer. Not good enough, WU! - Terence Clarke
