Just so you know, you need to have a Westpac business transaction account and apply for an EFTPOS Air merchant facility before you can use the app to take payments. You should receive a response to your application within one business day, and once you’re approved, you simply download the app, sign in and start selling!

I wanted to leave a review since they’re so many negative ones.
I do agree setting up in a branch was a bit of a pain, - they should implement a online option
but I had very helpful merchants.
Once you have you business account set up the app has so many cool features and it’s so easy to use, you can keep track of all revenue, add items, have invoices
There is a small percentage charge per sale which I believe is around 1.4%
It’s a great tool for anyone with a small business :)

This help me with my first business
Starting a business can be difficult, there is a lot of challenges and way more questions than answers. I’ve been using this app to manage my business, and it’s been a game-changer. The app allows me to store my entire inventory, track sales statistics, and accept payments directly from my phone without needing extra devices. It’s incredibly convenient. Highly recommend it.

Only downloaded this today, after getting approval from Westpac. Hard to know at the beginning of application even if you have the right sort of account to get / use it.
Once you get past that & download it, seems easy to use, has some useful features, transactions process quickly…let’s see how it runs, apart from that I’m pretty happy at this point.
