¹ Same day settlements are only available where settlement funds are deposited into the Tyro Bank Account. Available settlement times are from 8pm to 5am. Applies to Tyro settled funds only (including American Express and JCB with Tyro Direct Settlement agreement) – excludes Alipay, HealthPoint and funds settled directly by Afterpay American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

Takes a few attempts to log in

Keeps on cycling thru Face ID and pin a few times before it logs in... might take 5 attempts to log in which is getting annoying

Terrible service and tech infrastructure

It’s really terrible service I have ever met. I wait my new terminal for ages and even a mail asking how long I can get replaced, no one is going to answer.

The service is extremely not stable, early this year. Many customers met the connectivity issue across Australia. The CEO just sent out an apologies emails and updated progress to replace new terminals. But actually after many weeks, I haven’t seen any progress.

The app has gone back a few steps recently

Why have you made it soo hard to approve payments recently. Used to be able to just easily swipe and approve. Now such a long winded process full of lags and waiting time.

Can’t believe that you cannot simplify this, it’s such an easy fix. Have tried asking support but no help other then agreeing with me that it’s something that’s frustrating.

I’m moving back to my other bank.
