It’s okay and reasonably bug free compared to the Bank of Melbourne app. Lots of bad design though. If banks are going to close down all their branches bc they’re “going digital”, then invest all that money in an actual in house development team and keep your app regularly updated. Sick of these big companies outsourcing devs only when you feel you the need to update your app. Particularly it has a terrible layout with all the important things buried behind screens. I for the life of me cannot workout how where the find atm feature is… this seems like a top 5 button that should be obvious. The fact that I can’t copy my bsb or account number individually is ridiculous. This is nightmare when filling out a form because you have to past it into a note app, copy the individual number, and then past and go back to delete the note. Again, basic feature. Also the widgets are useless. I don’t need to know my last transaction on the fly. I need to know my balance. Why is this not a widget and yet the other is? Again, it seems like someone who doesn’t use internet banking designed this app.
