Woolworths 4+

We are fairly grocery store ‘brand agnostic’. Until recently we would switch between Aldi, Coles, Woolies and (less often than we’d like) the Vic Market. Years ago I’d favoured Woolies because of the good QFF point earn, but when that went, so did my loyalty. We just moved and our closest proper Woolies is Melb Square, which is massive, has varied and interesting stock (lots of specialty food and drinks - though unfortunately no chinotto), and has Scan and Go. Scan and Go has made shopping quick, convenient and - dare I say it - fun. Even though there is an Aldi and Coles equidistant to our new home, we have only shopped at Woolies since finding out about Scan and Go when visiting Melb Square. Suggestions: 1. Allow lists to be imported from the main app into Scan and Go. I can create a list in the main app, selecting Melb Square, but can’t view it while in Shop and Go. Shop and Go list doesn’t search products. 2. Bring chinotto to Melb Square to feed our addiction. Any brand is fine (I’m sure Woolies used to stock Bisleri and San Pellegrino chinotto AND Melb Square has a large stock of other San Pellegrino).

Shopping with Woolworths unlimited is Great. You have to spend $50 to get the deliver at no extra cost because unlimited is a subscription, first month is free. We appreciate it’s difficult to provide a shopping experience with not full shelves. We are not stuck on brands except for my husband’s light ice cream ( keeping cholesterol down) in the notes at the bottom I just request any other light ice cream. We purchased Woolworths e-gift cards at 4% off from the RAC and used them to pay for the shopping. Also there’s a place to put your rewards in. Thanks for keeping us safe, right down to the delivery man who wears masks and leaves your shopping. Rings the door bell or knock’s. When he leaves the garden, you go out and collect you shopping. We love shopping like this and everyone of our family does the same. Great service!

Now down to one star! It's now very difficult to view the weekly catalogue because turning the pages requires swiping on just the right spot. If you swipe from the wrong spot, you get whisked off to some other page that you don't want to see. The worst part is that the 'right' spot differs from page to page. How about left and right arrows to go back or forward a page. All of my comments from previous reviews are still relevant:

Coles have had their iPad version for a very time now and Woolies still don't support iPad👎. I'm not about to build my shopping list on my iPhone when I have an iPad. Sure I use my iPhone when I'm shopping, but I want to build and update my shopping list on the big screen with a big keyboard, then view it on my iPhone. Your search is a little bit better than it once was, but still not very good: if I add more terms to try to limit a search, it instead expands the results by finding everything that contains any of the words instead of narrowing the search to items that include ALL the search terms. Needs to be improved. Then only 2 stars, now 1 star. PLEASE ADD PROPER IPAD SUPPORT
