This application is handy at times but it also could do with a lot of improvement. The " message your claims officer " maximum characters needs to be increased there's just not enough characters to write a decent msg. The time delay with reimbursements could be improved by making it live. Also this application needs a version compatible with iPads as you can only download the iPhone version which Doesn't send you notifications without actually going into the app. Overall it needs work though don't expect much with government related software.

Upon access to it the last couple days on my 13 pro max iPhone , it now just freezes on the “enter pin” screen. Tried deleting app/reinstalling tried restarting phone, tried even double checking my password, also checking app updates and plane updates. This app is good for a complete waste of time and (sarcastically) I can’t wait for the duration of my cover claim to be riddled with this app. If this had a minus star rating it would be a -5 . The developer should choose a new career because obviously development of working apps is NOT their forte no never will be reading the history of the feedback comments and my personal experience. Fin

The Ap is a great idea and it has everything you need but it freezes, jumps all over the place, won’t submit your receipts etc etc. Trying to put my tax file number in took me 16 attempts before it finally accepted it. I tried logging out, shutting the Ap, turning the phone off completely to reset it, trying again after 30 minutes etc etc. Extremely frustrating!!The idea of it is great, it would be brilliant if it was fixed.

First use today, it downloaded hence 2 stars. Kept defaulting to the default DOB after I added mine then wouldn’t allow me to change it as already an account with that user name- which was me of course. I will have to phone in to fix I guess
