Regret purchasing ZY Smooth XS, must use this app to register an account, enable location service, then activate the gimbal.
Beyond activation, the app must have location access in order to work, why must user enable location service to use this app, makes no sense? Fortunately, still able to use the gimbal as is without the app, limiting the full potential.
The gimbal was my first purchase from this brand/company, gimbal itself met my expectations, especially like the telescopic extension. But it is also my last because of this app.
Not worth down loading
This is rubbish. You have to agree to 3 different policy’s to open the app. Then it won’t work without location being on. Then once you have done all that you still can’t use it unless you register. What a joke I only wanted to use it to calibrate my gimbal so I guess I’ll be sending it back and going with a better product. Don’t waist your time downloading this app.
