Welcome! Thank you for finding your way to our Start 2 Run app. If you are looking for a handy app that guides you during your workouts, is easy to use and contains great motivational words and tips to really enjoy running, then you've come to the right place.


25 TRAINING SCHEDULES FROM 5K UP TO A MARATHON


We are ready to guide you to (your first) 5km, 10 km, 10 miles or maybe even a (half) marathon. We ensure that you achieve your goal.

The training schedules in the app are prepared by experienced sports coaches at Energy Lab. Choose the schedule that suits you, and your coach will tell you when to speed up or slow down. Following a schedule will help you build up in a responsible manner, reducing your risk of injury. The extra tips that you will hear during the training help to improve your running posture and make the right food & drink choices before, during and after your training. Your coach is your personal trainer, your digital running friend who is always ready to train together.

APPLE WATCH VERSION + APPLE HEALTH CONNECTION



The Start 2 Run app is available for Apple Watch and can be coupled to the Apple Health app.
Your Start 2 Run training sessions can be synchronised with Apple Health.

Did you know that our coaches also recorded thousands of first names, so that you can also hear personalised encouragements during the training. “Come on, Sarah, hang on for a while” or “I'm proud of you, Chris”. Find out for yourself whether your name is already available.

FREE OR PREMIUM APP VERSION


Get access to all training plans with a monthly or annual subscription. As a new customer you get a 1 week free trial to try out the app. You can start and manage this subscription via your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The extension will be charged to your account during the last 24 hours.

Or use the free version of the app to register and keep track of free workouts in your training diary.

Ideale app om de liefde voor het joggen te ontdekken

Heb de app zowel al voor start to run gebruikt als om voor langere afstanden te trainen.Ik gebruik de app heel graag omdat ik gemotiveerd wordt om mijn training af te werken.

Werkt niet goed samen met apple watch

De app op zich is wel een goed concept om (terug) met lopen te starten. Goede en duidelijke begeleiding. Maar in combinatie met de apple wat h is het echt wel een ramp. Slechte synchronisatie, opgeslagen sessies die plots verwijderd zijn, waardoor je terug de vorige training moet doorlopen.

Beste, kan je eens de app verwijderen en opnieuw installeren, aub?
Nadien verbreek je best de verbinding met de Apple Watch zodat je deze verbinding eens opnieuw kan maken.

Apple heeft zo z'n eigen methode om te syncen. Dat is vaak een kwestie van geduld. Het kan vaak tot langer dan een dag duren.
Het komt er al door in Apple Health omdat Apple natuurlijk zijn eigen devices prio geeft. Daarnaast hangt het af van bluetooth, wifi, laadniveau van watch en phone...

Une nana pas sportive pour un sous

Enfin un programme à un prix raisonnable. Pour dix euros l’année vous avez un suivi et un programme que vous pouvez suivre calmement. Je ne suis pas une grande sportive et je le fais à mon rythme et ça me fait énormément de bien. Je vise la demi-heure parce que j’ai des problèmes physiques mais je suis enfin en mouvement.., et ds la nature et ça respire … sans dégoûter votre porte-monnaie…😊👌👣👣👣👣👣👣👣
