Добавихме QR код към товарителниците на пратки в приложението за по-бързо и лесно обслужване в офис на Еконт.
Интегрирахме виртуалният ни асистент Ена в меню Свържи се с нас, която да помага при нужда, като оставихме и възможност за отделно подаване на нередност или препоръка в приложението.
Нови функционалности при Подготви пратка:
- Добавен е избор за платец при връщане на пратка.
- Добавена е проверка на адрес на получател с възможност за пренасочване към офис или смяна на локация при необходимост.
- Добавена е възможност за добавяне на електронен опис на пратки за юридическите лица.

- Двупосочна пратка -> подготви пратки в две посоки с 10% отстъпка
- Меню с отстъпки -> проследи Отстъпка напред и какво те очаква

Not so good service
The app is not working well, they have been sent my package to a wrong destination. When bringing a delivery not saying in what hour like someone can sit and wait for the a whole day.

Extremely annoying to use
The app takes significant time to load, for no reason. When I open it, I have to wait for about minute on completely black white screen, until it loads the UI. It’s not only that bug, it forces you to go trough the UI welcome guide every time, I’m saying “forced” as if you tap on the “skip” button the app does nothing. So every time you open the app, you have to go through this wizard, very annoying. And who on earth have thought that a courier app without an option to enter manually a tracking number is a good idea - major design flaw. Overall very eye-candy and very ill engineered, just like a french car.

Doesn’t even allow me to track my shipments.
I downloaded the app for 1 reason and that is the convenience of having an app to track your shipments instead of having to go into a site and track it through there, after downloading the app and registering I was very disappointed to find that I was unable to track my shipments at all as the app simply says that there are no results found even though when I input the same shipment number inside their site I see the status of whatever shipment I’m tracking.
