Very Bad user interface

Just Avg User
This app has the worst user interface ever. The app doesn’t show how much data and calls balance we have. The merchant offers which was available in STC app is not available in Stc Business BH. Very disappointed and each page takes you to get new packages or orders while we just want to check the balance or to know the status. The chat support is worse, they don’t even bother to reply to the messages and their lead time for a reply takes more than 10 minutes. Very frustrating

Interface is so bad. So difficult to use. Too many pop ups. Also, I cannot check my usage or any other details. It only shows the amount that needs to be paid. Extremely frustrating to use!!!

I have deleted and re-downloaded the app a number of times and the crashing persists. Hopefully a solution can be found soon.
