It would be helpful to have the option to pay for multiple months at once like other apps , and clear visibility on how many month have been paid and how many left , and also once you pay earlier than due date the app wont update it directly so it can get confusing, it would be easier to show us how much remaining and able to pay multiple months or pay all option

I want to take a personal loan from the start my issue was linking Al Salam bank with the app and i tired and once i got to the customer service i noticed that they have mental disabilities to understand the issue im facing they are programmed on one thing thats send 3 months statement and when it done and i tell the i have the same issue and they will again tell you about the 3 salary statement. I have been running trying to get in contact with someone who can help me fix my issue and provide a real good service and support but with fail due to their lack of knowledge or understanding as i have proof of chats with the customer service and you can check the status and no calls to understand whats going on its only by email and you have to wait till you get a response

After trying several financing apps available in Bahrain, I had high hopes for the One app, but unfortunately, it has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Compared to other well-established apps in the region, One stands out—but for all the wrong reasons.The most frustrating issue is its unreliability. The app consistently fails to perform the simplest actions, such as linking a bank account. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support, my issue remains unresolved. The lack of responsiveness and effective troubleshooting from support has only added to the disappointment.A financial app should offer smooth functionality, especially for core features like account integration. Sadly, One has turned a routine task into a frustrating experience. With so many better alternatives available, I see no reason to keep this app on my phone.Verdict: Deleted.
