No biometric access - resolved

App is great and has a user friendly interface, no bugs so far but my only zonk was the inability to sign in with Face ID which was resolved after I reinstalled the app and biometric login is working again. I had a prompt reply from the developer too, appreciate the help

Worst Experience ever!

I’ve made a transaction to my family who’s stuck in Turkey’s Samsun. The WU agent refused to handed the amount to them cause he wanted the full name, while the app explicitly says middle name is optional!

Anyways, I called WU Bahrain and they said go the nearest NEC branch. I went to the branch in Umm Alhassam to make the name change and my brother couldn’t get it the next time, the agent in Turkey says the name hadn’t updated. It’s been three days so far, I keep going to Umm Alhassam branch and they promise me they have changed the name in the system this time (for three times) and my brother can receive the money within hours. Yet, my brother couldn’t get the money that I sent! IT’S BEEN THREE ATTEMPTS for THREE DAYS!

WU please get it together, this is the worst experience i have transferring money!

In the transaction history you have the option to edit the transaction and resend.
I tried to edit a transaction i made minutes only after the transaction, it made it as a new transaction and did not cancel the first one!!
I tried to contact NEC and after long calls the only solution they provided is for me to go to their branch to get a refund but wont get a refund for the service fees nor the VAT!
If you can not have the option to edit and resend the transaction then don’t add it and make the people do multiple transactions which they don’t want!
