Cumbersome to use
The need to access your email to obtain a verification code makes the app cumbersome to use & adds extra time to the process. Would be better if you could have the option to have the verification code texted to you like most apps with 2 step verification provide. Not convenient to use this app.

Way too complex
This app is way to complex to link your pharmacy. Even with a script number my name health number postal code birth date and a code from pharmacy it still gives an error. You guys are over thinking this.
Lousy app. Can’t sign in.
It spins and spins AFTER going to your email to retrieve a 6 digit code. This is another of our poor Canadian apps that doesn’t work. Let’s step it up, folks. Thought I could get my prescription refills easier with the app but it does nothing.
