Sign in is so time consuming

The app itself is a great app, you can access to your prescription to refill however the login page is so time consuming and not user-friendly. Why not having logged in by face recognition like other apps? Sending code to email is an old-way of authentication and really bothering.

Frustrating

Too long to log in….got code from pharmacy but can’t even validate that…..why make it so frustrating….the old way was much easier than this
